Usage Data
Usage Data is collected automatically and may include your device’s IP address, device type and operating system, the pages or screens you visit, the time and date of your visit, time spent on those screens, and other diagnostic data.
How We Use Your Data
We may use Personal Data for the following purposes:
- To provide, operate and maintain the Apps
- To manage your Account and your registration as a user
- To let you invite guests and share content (invitations, RSVP links, event photos) with people you choose
- To contact you by email, SMS, WhatsApp or push notification about updates or service-related communications
- To manage subscriptions and process payments for paid plans

- For data analysis, identifying usage trends and improving the Apps
Sharing Your Personal Data
We may share your information in the following situations:
- With Service Providers who help us operate the Apps and this website, such as cloud hosting, analytics and crash-reporting providers, payment processors for in-app purchases, and Google Forms, which processes submissions from the contact form on this website.
- With other users when you choose to share content — for example, an invitation, RSVP link, event code or shared photo album.
- For business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
- With your consent, for any other purpose you agree to.
We do not sell your Personal Data.
Data Retention
We retain your Personal Data only as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this policy, or as required to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Event content (such as photo albums) may be retained according to the plan and retention period associated with that event.
Your Rights
You may review, update, or delete your Personal Data at any time from within an App’s account settings, or by contacting us directly at support@maverickapps.co.uk. If you are in the UK or EEA, you also have rights under GDPR, including the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your data, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time where we rely on it (for example, cookie consent on the Site — see “Cookies and Analytics” below).
Children’s Privacy
Our Apps do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us and we will take steps to remove that information.
Cookies and Analytics
We and our Service Providers may use cookies and similar technologies (such as mobile analytics SDKs) to understand how our Apps and website are used, and to improve them over time. On the Site, this is governed by the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) as well as UK GDPR — in practice, that means we ask for your consent before setting any non-essential cookie, as described below.
On this website, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our pages. Google Analytics is not loaded when you first visit — it only loads, and only sets cookies, after you click “Accept” on the cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time via the “Cookie Preferences” link in the footer, which stops further tracking and clears existing analytics cookies. If you click “Reject”, or take no action, Google Analytics never loads. See Google’s Privacy Policy for how Google handles this data.
| Name | Purpose | Set by | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
planit-cookie-consent | Remembers your Accept/Reject choice for this Site. | Us (browser storage, not a cookie) | Until you clear your browser data |
_ga | Distinguishes visitors for analytics. | Google Analytics (only if you click Accept) | ~2 years |
_ga_XHTL5ZKQLE | Persists session state for analytics. | Google Analytics (only if you click Accept) | ~2 years |
Our contact form is hosted by Google Forms. It is not loaded automatically when you visit our website — it only loads, and only shares data with Google, after you click to load it on the Contact page. Once loaded, Google may set cookies and process your IP address in accordance with Google’s own Privacy Policy.
Security
The security of your Personal Data is important to us. We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect it, but no method of transmission or storage over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Links to Other Websites
Our Apps may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not operated by us. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of any third-party sites.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the “Last updated” date above.
